Information used for orders
When you place an order, Onke & Co Naturals may process your name, contact information, delivery address, order history and transaction references needed to fulfil your purchase.
Payments
Payment card information is entered on the selected payment provider's secure payment experience. Onke Commerce stores the order amount, payment status and provider transaction reference—not the customer's raw card number or CVV.
Delivery
Delivery information may be shared with the courier selected for your order so that your parcel can be quoted, booked, transported and tracked.
Account security
Passwords are stored as one-way password hashes. Administrative accounts can use two-factor authentication and sensitive platform credentials are stored server-side.
